Village of Buckingham Springs has 646 single family homes with a wide range of price points and floor plans, priced from the mid $100s to high $200s. There are over a dozen single-floor models on the property, ranging from 1,056 to 1,680 feet. Home models have two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Most have either off-street parking or attached one-car garages.

There is a nominal monthly homeowners’ association fee that covers common area maintenance, trash pick-up, bus transportation, use of the community’s clubhouse, and snow removal.

An on-site activities director is on hand to keep things moving by coordinating events and managing the community’s busy social calendar.

The eclectic, quaint towns of New Hope, PA  and Lambertville, NJ offer a myriad of opportunities for shopping and waterfront dining. Historic Peddler's Village is another outstanding shopping and dining destination, and is home to year-round festivals and events. Doylestown is also close by and features museums, theaters, parks, a cultural district, plus even more shopping and dining.

Traveling to areas outside of New Hope is easy with easy access to Route 413. This can take you right into Philadelphia, the popular Rivers Casino, or lovely Longwood Gardens. Other nearby areas worth exploring include King of Prussia, PA, Asbury Park, NJ and other Jersey shore towns. Most of these are only an hour drive.
