The Canopy Club is the amenity center planned for Del Webb Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida, and construction has begun. Residents at this 55+ community can expect to enjoy their expansive resort-style amenities in the summer of 2021. The $13 million luxury amenity center will be developed by Carlton Construction, a local builder out of Fleming Island, Florida.
According to a statement released by Clint Ball, North Florida Division president of Del Webb parent PulteGroup, the 22,000-square-foot Canopy Club is designed with active adult lifestyles in mind. “We want all homeowners to lead healthy, fulfilling lives built around their interests and friendships,” he said.
A full-time lifestyle director is on hand to help residents plan activities and events around the amenities available at The Canopy Club. There will be clubs and classes as well, reflecting all the interests and passions that Del Webb Nocatee homeowners bring to their community. The new amenity center is also expected to inspire the pursuit of new hobbies.
While waiting for the new amenity center to be constructed, residents can enjoy the Lifestyle House, which includes a pool, a fitness center, and plenty of multipurpose space for gatherings and get-togethers. The Canopy Club will include a full-service private tavern, private wine lockers, a ballroom, an expansive fitness center, a billiard parlor, arts and crafts rooms, and seminar rooms.
Outside, there will be a covered pavilion and a spa. Residents will also find a resort-style pool for relaxation and sunbathing, a lap pool for exercise and fitness, and courts for pickleball, tennis, and bocce.
