Open to residents of all ages, Copperleaf at The Brooks offers a great retirement destination in the heart of Bonita Springs, Florida. This gated community features a 17,000 square-foot clubhouse, 570 lovely homes and numerous outdoor amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course. Its prime location also puts Copperleaf at The Brooks within easy access of beaches, retail centers and other local attractions.

Copperleaf at The Brooks was built by Pulte Homes between 2000 and 2004. Its picturesque grounds feature lakes and nature preserves, in addition to its exciting line-up of resort-style amenities and social activities. The community is now complete, and current homebuyers can choose from available homes on a resale basis.

Winding throughout the community, the Copperleaf Golf Club offers an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon G. Lewis. This popular course provides a beautiful backdrop for the community, and challenging play for golfers of all skill levels. The Copperleaf Golf Club also includes a large putting and chipping area, as well as an aqua driving range where golfers can use green islands as targets.

Beyond golf, Copperleaf at The Brooks has plenty of amenities that support an active adult lifestyle. The 17,000 square-foot clubhouse brings residents together with social areas, fireside gathering areas, a lounge and a catering kitchen. Residents can share a meal with formal or casual dining options, exercise in the fitness center or attend events and activities in the multipurpose room.

Outdoors, the community amenities continue with three swimming pools, four lighted tennis courts and two bocce ball courts. Social clubs, classes and activities also offer many ways for residents to get involved with the community. Group fitness classes at the clubhouse include popular options like yoga and water aerobics. Special interest groups bring neighbors together with shared hobbies, such as cards, book discussion or bocce ball.

The 570 homes within Copperleaf at The Brooks include attached carriage homes, villas and single-family designs spread across 10 distinct neighborhoods. Carriage homes offer low-maintenance living with single-level units arranged in two-story buildings. These homes were originally available in two floor plans, sized either 1,560 or 1,988 square feet. They each included two bedrooms, a den or third bedroom, two bathrooms and a one- or two-car garage.

Homebuyers who prefer detached homes can choose from the community’s villas or single-family designs. Single-level villas, ranging from 1,600 to 2,389 square feet, were designed with two to three bedrooms, dens, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Single-family homes are larger, with floor plans ranging from 1,955 to 2,545 square feet. Like villas, they feature two or three bedrooms, dens, two or three bathrooms and two-car garages. They also provide main-level living with either single-story layouts or two-story floor plans with first-floor master bedroom suites.

Although Copperleaf at The Brooks does not have an age restriction, its age-targeted homes, inviting clubhouse and challenging golf course create an ideal Bonita Springs destination for active adult homebuyers.
