Although it has no age restriction, The Quarry is an upscale golf community which will appeal to active adults. From its prime location in Naples, Florida, to its resort-style amenities, this beautiful development offers many desirable features. The Quarry also provides homes in a wide range of sizes, styles and prices, including affordable carriage home designs.

Opened in 2006, The Quarry is being developed by Pulte Homes and Centex Homes. Upon completion, the community will contain 1,050 homes including both attached carriage homes and detached single-family homes. Current homebuyers can choose from available resale or new construction homes.

The Quarry is situated in North Naples, just 17 miles from Downtown Naples. The area is popular with active adult residents and its close proximity to the Southwest Florida International Airport makes it easy to travel or receive visitors. Despite having easy access to numerous local attractions, The Quarry enjoys grounds with plenty of scenic beauty. The community is bordered by 830 acres of nature preserves, large lakes and the rolling greens of its own golf course.

The 18-hole championship golf course offers optional membership including attractive perks.  

Resident golfers will recognize The Quarry’s 18-hole Hurdzan-Fry championship golf course as a gem of the community. In addition to the Golf Lodge’s par-72 course, the club features a golf pro shop, billiards, card rooms and a formal dining room. Yet non-golfers will be pleased to know that membership at the Golf Lodge is an optional expense.

Beyond golf, The Lake Lodge and Beach Club offers plenty of other amenities. Residents can dine at the bar-and-grill restaurant which overlooks a luxurious lagoon-style pool and patio area. The spacious fitness center keeps residents in shape with high-end cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as group classes in the aerobics and dance studio. Yet residents can also choose to stay fit with outdoor amenities such as a private lap pool, bocce ball courts and tennis courts.

At the center of the community, Stone Lake offers lovely water views and even tranquil beach access. Walking and biking trails make it easy for residents to explore the grounds, and a colorful playground is the perfect amenity for visiting grandkids.

When it comes to homes, The Quarry offers both attached and detached designs. The attached carriage homes are two-level buildings which each provide first floor and second floor units. First floor homes are 1,654 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. Second floor homes are larger at 2,297 square feet and they have an additional bedroom and half-bath. Both floor plans include two-car garages.

Homebuyers who prefer single-family models can choose from a wide variety of styles and sizes with floor plans ranging from 1,642 to over 3,100 square feet. These detached homes are designed with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two- to three-car garages. Most models also have a separate den.

With luxurious homes, upscale resort-style amenities and a prime Naples location, it’s easy to see why The Quarry appeals to many active adult homebuyers.
