Active adults looking for a new home in the Gainesville, Georgia area will soon have one less community to choose from. In January, Kolter Homes announced that Cresswind at Lake Lanier is nearing closeout, and only 7 homesites remain. A Few Remaining Models

Mid-sized for the community, all of these models are in the Hall Collection of homes. They're single-story, single-family homes with open floor plans, walk-in-closets, and en-suite master baths. Starting in the high $400s, these custom homes designed with active adults in mind also include granite countertops, gourmet kitchens, gas fireplaces, and hardwood floors in the main living areas.
