Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas Opens Outdoor Amenities

The outdoor amenities at Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas are now open!

Following a grand opening in February, Del Webb has announced that the outdoor amenities at Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas are now open. This 55+ community is premier builder Del Webb’s first new community in the Las Vegas area in ten years. As part of the master-planned community Lake Las Vegas, this community gives residents access to private 55+ amenities as well as the expansive amenities within the larger development.

Resort-Style Outdoor Amenities

Del Webb announced the creation of their neighborhood within Lake Las Vegas in 2019, and when complete, this community will have amenities designed for social engagement and continued learning. With plenty of new amenities, Lake Las Vegas offers residents ample opportunities for maintaining an active lifestyle.

Residents can play a round of golf at the award-winning Reflection Bay Golf Club, conveniently located within the community. Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas also features an event lawn for year-round outdoor gatherings. The pickleball and tennis courts are also open for play.

Nestled in natural beauty, this new community has almost 7 miles of running and hiking trails, which also connect to the city of Henderson’s public trails. The expansive 320-acre lake that gives the community its name provides beaches and piers for swimming, boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

The not-yet-complete, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse will host classes, groups, or special events. Residents will be able to stay active at the recreation center or in the dance and aerobics studio. Currently, in-person fitness classes are being conducted virtually.

New Homes Designed for Active Adults

The Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas neighborhood began construction in late 2019, and according to Patrick Parker, president of the company that manages Lake Las Vegas Raintree Investment Corp., it’s one of the most popular new-home developments within the master-planned community.

Del Webb is one of the premier builders for 55+ communities, and prospective homebuyers can choose from nine models inspired by the desert landscape. The floorplans are also specifically designed with active adults in mind. The single-family homes offer open floorplans, space for entertaining, and 1,600 to 2,700 square feet.

Homebuyers can also customize these floorplans to have more bedrooms or more living space, and they can customize interior decorating options. Homes start in the low $400s and include quick move-in options.

A Convenient But Tranquil Location

Located in the Henderson area outside of Las Vegas, residents of Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas can enjoy all the region has to offer. Homeowners have easy access to the city, which is only half an hour away.

Lake Las Vegas has its own retail amenities, and some attractive shopping centers are just a few minutes away. Lake Las Vegas is also set among the beauty of the surrounding Nevada Mountains and Lake Mead. Residents have ample opportunity to enjoy nearby parks and hiking trails.
