Del Webb recently held the grand opening of the highly anticipated Del Webb at Rancho Mirage community on Saturday, June 9. Located in the Southern California city of Rancho Mirage, this is Del Webb’s third 55+ community in the Coachella Valley.
Plans for the gated 380-acre community call for 1,026 single-family detached homes upon completion. Each home will be built on fee simple land, giving residents total ownership of their entire property.
Homes will be available in 10 different floor plans, ranging between 1,438 and 2,726 square feet with two-to-four bedrooms, two-to-three baths, and two-car garages. Each home will also come with customizable options such as gathering rooms and private owner’s suites. Starting prices will range from the high $300s to high $700s.
The centerpiece of the community will be The Outlook, a state-of-the-art amenity complex that will come complete with outdoor and covered pools, a fitness facility, billiards, aerobics rooms, golf simulator, and multi-purpose spaces. An activities and lifestyle director will be onsite to help Del Webb at Rancho Mirage residents coordinate clubs and events. Other amenities available to residents will include tennis and pickleball courts as well as over six miles of walking trails.
“We developed these great designs based on what the active adult buyer told us they wanted in a Del Webb home, and the variety of the options offered at Del Webb at Rancho Mirage makes it easier than ever for buyers to personalize their homes to suit their individual wants and needs,” said Chris Edgar, Southern California division president for PulteGroup, which owns Del Webb. “We are confident we can continue our success in the desert with Del Webb at Rancho Mirage and live up to our reputation for building quality homes and communities where active adults can thrive.”
Situated in the Palm Springs area, Del Webb at Rancho Mirage will also be able to provide homeowners with easy access to daily necessities, attractions, and entertainment. The community is located near the I-10 freeway and Eisenhower Medical Center. Outdoor recreation is plentiful in the area and includes places like Joshua Tree National Park and San Bernardino National Forest, which provide scenic views and fun recreation.
