Del Webb has broken ground on its newest 55+ community in Port St. Lucie, Florida: Del Webb Tradition. The builder has begun paving the land and laying the foundation for its new collection of model homes.
Del Webb will offer six distinct floor plans that come as single-family homes and attached villas and feature consumer-inspired designs. The Cressida is the attached villa floor plan and offers 1,579 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. This model features an open layout, spacious gathering room with adjoining dining area, and a modern kitchen.
Single-family homes range in size from 1,671 to 2,589 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. These detached homes feature open layouts, gourmet kitchens, flex rooms, dining areas, spacious gathering rooms, and plenty of storage space. Del Webb has yet to release final pricing.
In addition to new home designs, Del Webb will also provide homeowners with resort-style amenities. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, dog park, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts. Del Webb Tradition will also have an on-site lifestyle director who will help organize activities and events that will allow residents to mingle with neighbors as well as enjoy an active and social lifestyle.
