Del Webb’s newest active adult community in Haymarket, Virginia is now selling and has models open for prospective residents to tour. Carter’s Mill’s largest home collection, the Premier Series, also has three floor plans that range from 1,676 to more than 1,800 square feet. Premier Series homes offer owners two to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages.
