Del Webb Charleston at Nexton's 26,000-square-foot amenity center is officially open to residents. The new space features a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities that include an alfresco kitchen; a state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest cardio and weight-lifting equipment; a studio for workout classes like aerobics, yoga, and more; plus, an indoor pool.
Outdoors, the center boasts several tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts, as well as an outdoor saltwater pool for residents to enjoy on a warm day. The space will also be used as a social gathering place for the community’s many organized clubs and interest groups to meet.

With construction started in 2017, this new Del Webb community will feature 1,000 single-family homes upon completion. The development is spread over 350 acres and surrounded by the serene backdrop of 2,000 acres of greenspaces.

Price points in Del Webb Charleston at Nexton range from the mid $200s to the high $500s, and sizes range from 1,355 to 3,452 square feet. Some layouts also offer homeowners private outdoor patio space.
Passport, Expedition, and Pinnacle
The Passport Series has three unique floor plans with options ranging from 1,262 to 2,158 square feet. Homes within this series can have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
The Expedition Series features four floor plans for potential homebuyers to consider. The smallest plan, Castle Rock, starts at 1,755 square feet of living space while the largest plan, Abbeyville, can have up to 2,361 square feet of living space. Homes in the Expedition Series can have two to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half car garages.
