Del Webb Chauncy Lake Opens Clubhouse

Del Webb Chauncy Lake just opened its brand-new clubhouse.

A retirement community’s clubhouse serves as its hub for activities and is really the heart and soul of the neighborhood. It’s where the homeowners spend quality time working out, lounging by the pool, attending club meetings and events, socializing, and meeting new friends.

Del Webb is one of the most popular active adult community builders in the country, and one big reason why is their exceptional clubhouses. Del Webb Chauncy Lake, an affordable new condo property outside of Boston, just opened its new clubhouse this month, and it has all of the sought-after amenities that are on your bucket list.

Grand Opening and Grand Amenities

The clubhouse offers 11,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

The highly anticipated grand opening took place on October 9, and this clubhouse is one of this builder’s largest in the New England Market. Del Webb Chauncy Lake residents are already enjoying a wonderful variety of intellectual, physical, social, and creative activities in this state-of-the-art community gathering place.

The clubhouse offers 11,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Inside, there’s a modern fitness center with cardio machines, yoga mats, and a movement studio with weights. You can also relax at the indoor sitting area, which has an inviting fireplace. There’s also a cafe, a craft room, and a large game room here. The latter is the perfect place to watch a Red Sox or Patriots game.

Outside, there’s a heated outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a wonderful view of Lake Chauncy, providing the perfect backdrop (there’s also a fire pit, communal grills, and seating) for outdoor gatherings. You will also find pickleball, bocce ball, and tennis courts, plus 28 miles of walking trails. And perhaps best of all, this 55+ neighborhood has its own full-time lifestyle director, who organizes classes, clubs, and a community calendar of fun events that any homeowner can join.

Boston Logan Airport is 42 miles to the east, and the closest hospital is UMass Memorial Health (14 miles away).
