Del Webb Lake Providence offers interested buyers more than a dozen different models. Layouts range from 1,205-square-foot villas to 2,597-square-foot single-family homes. Available floor plans have between two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two- to three-car garages. Several plans also have dens.


Designed to offer its residents a resort-like lifestyle, Del Webb Lake Providence is teeming with desirable amenities, starting with its crown jewel The Club, an expansive 24,000-square-foot recreation center. The building features a ballroom, a card room, a game room, and a library. It’s also home to an indoor pool, fitness center, and walking track. If The Club itself isn’t impressive enough, it also overlooks a picturesque 15-acre lake that is not only stocked with fish but also boasts a canoe and kayak launch for residents to use at their leisure. Other outdoor amenities include several athletic courts, a resort-style pool and patio, a picnic area, and five miles of walking and biking trails.

StoneBridge is another resort-style community located within 30 minutes of vibrant Nashville, in the town of Lebanon. The neighborhood is not gated or age-restricted and is slightly smaller than Del Webb Lake Providence with plans to feature 800 homes upon completion. StoneBridge has a mixture of attached and single-family homes and prices that range from the high $200s to the high $300s, making it more affordable than Del Webb Lake Providence. This community also features both new construction and resale homes.


There are 15 distinct home models for StoneBridge’s potential homeowners to consider. Attached homes include villas and townhomes that offer layouts ranging from 1,475 to 2,327 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached one- to two-car garages. Most of the single-family home floor plans are larger than those found at Del Webb Lake Providence. They range from 1,868 to 2,941 square feet and have three to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Three of the models also include a den. 


Noteworthy amenities within StoneBridge include an 8,800-square-foot clubhouse that plays host to a fitness center, lounge, and a game room with a billiards table. Outdoors, residents will find 140 acres of natural space that includes a scenic pond, a junior Olympic-size pool, whirlpool spa, and a patio with a gas grill for homeowners to use for cookouts and spending time with neighbors. 

The community also has an activities manager who’s tasked with organizing fun social events, classes, and outings for residents.
