Del Webb Myrtle Beach continues construction, aiming to have 524 new homes upon completion.

Del Webb Myrtle Beach will hold two informational seminars later this month.

Construction of Del Webb Myrtle Beach is making progress as the new 55+ community prepares to host a grand opening in early 2018. Development of the 6,000 square-foot Welcome Center is underway with the framing of the building being completed this week. The Welcome Center will feature a complete design center and mortgage service facilities as well as a space for the community’s full-time lifestyle director. The Welcome Center is slated to open in February 2018.

The model court has also been paved and construction on all four model homes has begun. Del Webb plans to start construction of the community’s 15,000 square-foot clubhouse in late October. Some of the proposed amenities include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, arts and crafts studio, card room, meeting rooms, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts.

Del Webb Myrtle Beach will also host a series of informational seminars in October for prospective homebuyers who would like to learn more about this new active adult community. These fall seminars have also been scheduled for those who were not able to attend the July informational seminars.

Guests can choose to attend the event on either Thursday, October 12 or Friday, October 13. These fall informational sessions will have select time slots and will be located at The Ocean Club at Grande Dunes. Guests are required to RSVP by October 11.
