Del Webb Naples and Lakewood Ranch Offering New Floor Plans

As one of the largest builders of 55+ communities in Florida and throughout the U.S., Del Webb has some ideas about how active adults like to live. This understanding has inspired an innovative set of floor plans, which the builder is now offering in its new construction homes at communities such as Del Webb Naples and Del Webb Lakewood Ranch.

The new designs are called GenYou Floor Plans, and they’ll be available in 10 models. According to Josh Graeve, Vice President of Sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division, these new floor plans were created based on feedback from current homeowners and prospective buyers.

The GenYou Floor Plans

With two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, the floor plans in Del Webb’s Scenic Series are ideal for entertaining guests and maintaining some privacy for owners. There’s a flex room included, which can be used as an office, a den, or a space for hobbies and storage. These floor plans have 1,405 to 2,211 square feet and an attached two-car garage.

The Distinctive Series offers homes with a little more space. The new construction floor plans come in several models with 1,670 to 3,037 square feet and two to five bedrooms. They have two or three bathrooms and attached two-car garages.

Four floor plans are in the Echelon Series. Buyers can choose a one- or two-story home with a large, gourmet kitchen and an open floor plan. These homes have 2,269 to 3,659 square feet, three or four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

All of these models can be personalized and customized in ways that meet the needs of each buyer’s lifestyle and tastes.

Visiting Model Homes at Del Webb Naples

Four of these new models can be seen at Del Webb Naples, in Ave Maria, Florida. Walking through these decorated homes gives potential buyers the opportunity to imagine how they’d arrange furniture and customize their new home. Each model home is comfortable and spacious but also unique.

The Dolce has 1,570 square feet, and buyers will feel soothed by the model’s warm white and taupe colors. A large foyer welcomes guests, and the owner’s suite and gathering room are open, bright, and well-equipped for entertaining or winding down. A large pantry in the kitchen is appealing to any buyers who like to cook.

Part of the Distinctive Series, the Mystique model can also be viewed at Del Webb Naples. This home has 2,056 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den. An oversized island in the center of the kitchen provides seating, storage, and a communal surface for preparing and cooking food. The Mystique comes with an optional extended lanai, which allows for al fresco dining and pleasant community views.

Two models from the Echelon Series are available for walk-throughs. Potential buyers can tour the Stardom model, which is 2,269 square feet of elegance and upgrades. The walls are gray and white in the model home, and the fixtures are a perfect match in chrome and pewter. The large gathering room features sliding glass doors leading to a large outdoor patio. Three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms are available.

The Reverence floor plan is a bit larger, offerings 2,669 square feet, three bedrooms, and a den. Buyers can choose a model with two or three full bathrooms, and the home on display offers additional storage in the garage, which homeowners can use to park their golf carts and store their clubs. There’s a charming cafe area leading to the outdoor space, and a large, open gathering room right off the kitchen.
