Del Webb Naples GenYou Model Park Now Open

For interested homebuyers, the new GenYou models at Del Webb Naples in Ave Maria, Florida are worth checking out.

Active adult homebuyers looking for a new home and a new lifestyle may want to check out some of the new GenYou models now available at Del Webb Naples, a 55+ community in Ave Maria, Florida. The grand opening took place just over a month ago, with open houses, food and drink, and live entertainment. Buyers were quick to take note of the open and intuitive floor plans.

These models were designed after Del Webb took feedback from their residents and prospective homebuyers to heart. The developer began re-prioritizing living space to maximize and modernize home functionality and visual appeal. Most Del Webb buyers are looking for large kitchens that enable more than one cook, great rooms for entertaining, and extra space to enjoy a new hobby or host visiting friends and family members.

Getting to Know the GenYou Models

Interested homebuyers can tour the new model homes at Del Webb Naples. There are a dozen floor plans to look at, and most of them include special features like zero-entry showers, point-of-use storage, wide hallways, and flex space that can be used as an office, den, hobby room, or spare bedroom.

These new models join the dozens of attractive floor plans already available at Del Webb Naples. Prices start in the high $100s and reach the high $500s, depending on what buyers choose for upgrades and customizations. Move-in ready properties are also available to buyers who find exactly what they’re looking for.

One of the largest and most impressive GenYou models is the Reverence, which has 2,582 to 3,499 square feet, three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The model that’s available has 2,669 square feet and an impressive decorating scheme. Walk-in closets are found in two secondary bedrooms, and there’s space to park a golf cart in the garage.

The Mystique model has 2,056 to 2,741 square feet with three bedrooms, a den, two full bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Visitors who see the model at Del Webb Naples may want their own home to have blue and butterscotch colors throughout the living areas and natural beams in the gathering room and master suite. This model includes a large gourmet kitchen with an oversized island that provides seating for a quick breakfast or a late-night snack. An oversized lanai is one option with this model, providing buyers with extra outdoor space and privacy.

Not all of the GenYou models are exceptionally large. Buyers who are thinking about downsizing into a Florida retirement may appreciate the Dolce model, which is 1,570 square feet and elegantly decorated. These homes include a welcoming foyer, a large master suite, and a walk-in pantry for extra kitchen storage.

Del Webb Naples Amenities and Lifestyle

These new model homes are only adding to the buzz that currently surrounds this neighborhood of 2,000 planned homes. Current residents gather at the Oasis Club, where there’s a fitness center and movement studio as well as a sauna and steam room. The gathering room is perfect for movie nights and book discussions, which happen frequently. There’s also an activities room and an arts and crafts studio. Residents have space for food prep in the catering kitchen, and they can find some new reading material in the library or the continuing education center.

There are two outdoor pools: a lap pool and a resort-style pool. Residents can also enjoy tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. Several manicured trails and paths are well-lit and marked throughout the community, offering a scenic place for residents to walk, bike, or jog.

There’s a new 14,000-square-foot Grand Hall clubhouse under construction, and it should be ready for residents and their guests to enjoy later this spring. It will include an expansive social hall and a veranda for parties, events, or just relaxing evenings. A full-time lifestyle director helps homeowners plan activities and organize club meetings. Residents can participate in pottery and woodworking classes, game nights, billiards, and dinner shows.

Because Del Webb Naples is part of the expansive Ave Maria master-planned community, additional amenities are also available in the main community centers of Ave Maria. There’s a water park with a sand volleyball court, a 25-meter lap pool, and an expansive resort-style pool. Residents who have family and grandkids visiting will appreciate that there’s also a kiddie pool.

Another major benefit to living at Del Webb Naples is access to the popular Panther Run Golf Club, which includes 18 holes of championship golf, practice facilities, and a pro shop. It’s named for the wild Florida panther that once roamed all of Collier County, but they’re now mostly found a little further south near the Everglades. Memberships to the golf club are available at varying levels.
