On July 13, 2019, potential residents got a chance to see what it would be like to live at Del Webb Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The event took place at the community and provided visitors with a chance to tour the seven model homes available, talk to mortgage consultants and community ambassadors over refreshments, listen to live music, and experience some of the upcoming amenities that will be available at the 55+ community. The most popular activity was by far the putting green.
With the sales center open, Del Webb is expecting a lot of interest in its newest community for active adults. There will be 845 single-family homes and attached villas available. The guests who gathered for the opening were both local Floridians curious about the new neighborhood as well as people from out of state who are considering a move and looking for Florida retirement communities.
Del Webb Nocatee is part of the Nocatee master-planned community, and it has a lot of unique features to offer all sorts of buyers.
