Live Lakeside at Frisco Lakes

Easy access to Lake Lewisville certainly sets Frisco Lakes apart from many other active adult communities. The lake provides spectacular waterfront views as well as numerous recreation opportunities, such as boating and fishing or lakeside hiking and picnicking. Hidden Cove Park & Marina, which offers services like boat rental and boat storage, is just one mile from Frisco Lakes.

The Frisco Lakes Golf Club

Of course, the lake is only the beginning of the community’s impressive amenities. The 18-hole Frisco Lakes Golf Club features a par-72 course created by the expert architects at Gary Stephenson Golf Design. The course winds throughout the community, stretching 7,099 yards from its longest tees. It features rolling greens as well as a few holes which are tucked along the shores of Lake Lewisville. The golf course is public, but residents enjoy preferred tee times and discounted greens fees.

Frisco Lakes offers a wide variety of amenities including a billiards room, a library, a learning center and studios for arts and crafts.

The Village Center at Frisco Lakes

In addition to golfing and boating, Frisco Lakes offers a number of activities throughout its 28,000-square-foot Village Center. This sprawling clubhouse has amenities both indoors and out.

The state-of-the-art fitness center is a great place for residents to stay in shape. It has cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, an indoor walking track, an indoor lap pool and spa, and an aerobics and dance studio.

Residents can also exercise their minds in the library and learning center, complete with computers, or cultivate their creativity in the arts and crafts studio. The Village Center is also an ideal meeting place for the community’s many different social or special-interest groups, while the large ballroom is a great setting for a variety of events.

Other indoor community amenities include a billiards hall, a card room and casually elegant dining at the Frisco Lakes Grill.

With luxurious outdoor amenities, Frisco Lakes gives residents many opportunities for enjoying the warm Texas climate. The zero-entry outdoor swimming pool lets residents cool off in style, while its surrounding deck features both sunny and shady lounge areas. The community also has four tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, picnic areas, walking and biking trails, and gardening plots.

If all of the amenities found within Frisco Lakes are not enough, the community also places residents in a prime location just 30 miles north of Dallas. Residents can head into the city for urban attractions or stay closer to home while exploring everything the city of Frisco has to offer.
