Interested buyers looking for more information about the development of South Carolina’s newest active adult community, Del Webb Myrtle Beach, will have more chances to attend informational seminars in the coming months.

More than 450 people attended Del Webb Myrtle Beach’s seminar this past July. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about Del Webb’s consumer-inspired home designs, lifestyle, and amenities that will be offered in this new 55+ community in Myrtle Beach. Additional seminars will be offered for those who were unable to attend the July seminar sessions. Interested buyers can RSVP by October 12th to attend the exclusive VIP event on October 13th and 14th, which will be held at The Ocean Club at Grand Dunes.

In addition to extended seminar dates, construction has also progressed at Del Webb Myrtle Beach. Construction has begun on the new 6,000 square-foot Welcome Center that will provide homebuyers with a complete design center and mortgage services. The building will also include a space for the community’s full-time Lifestyle Director where they can plan and organize events prior to the opening of the 15,000 square-foot clubhouse. The Welcome Center is expected to open in February 2018.

Del Webb will also begin construction on four model homes this fall and plans to host a grand opening event for Del Webb Myrtle Beach in early 2018. Homes will be priced starting in the high-$200s for this community.
