This new community, developed by Jimmy Jacobs, opened in 2011 with plans for a spacious clubhouse and an intimate collection of 132 single-family homes. Curving streets and winding walking paths let residents enjoy the area’s scenic setting, while Westpointe Village Shopping Center is conveniently located within walking distance of the community.

Spacious homesites in The Enclave at Westpointe Village are pie-shaped and require minimal maintenance. Some are narrow in the front and wider at the back, and others feature wide front yards that narrow behind the house. Covered front porches, patios and courtyards make it easy to enjoy outdoor living or gather with friendly neighbors. Some patios even include built-in fireplaces and outdoor kitchens.

The Enclave at Westpointe Village currently offers new homes only. Interested buyers can choose from seven different floor plans or opt to design their own custom plan. Existing models feature open floor plans in sizes ranging from 1,714 to 2,621 square feet. Each home in the community has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Nearly every design also includes a den, and the only floor plan which doesn’t have one makes up for it with a third bedroom and a three-car garage. One model, the Fort Hood, has a casita with its own full bathroom.

Open floor plan concepts offer wonderful spaces to entertain and lots of windows let in the Texas sunshine.

Open floors plans in The Enclave at Westpointe Village are designed with a spacious great room which flows between the kitchen, living room and dining area. Some models include areas for both dining rooms and breakfast nooks, while additional dens are set apart from the open great rooms for more privacy.

Designer kitchens with large islands are perfect for owners who love to entertain guests. Potential homebuyers are sure to be impressed by the community’s luxurious master bedroom suites as well. Bedrooms are large and open with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms which feature double sinks, showers and soaking tubs. Some models have his-and-hers closets and others have one large dressing room.

In addition to its gorgeous homes, The Enclave at Westpointe Village also has plans for a 3,489 square-foot clubhouse. The facility will one day offer a fitness center, hobby rooms, a ballroom and a catering kitchen. There will also be outdoor amenities including a resort-style swimming pool.
