Homeowners can also get their golf game on at nearby 9-hole Sandy Pond Golf Course.
Saddle Lakes has four floor plans, ranging from 1,247 to 1,837 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached one-car garages. Some of these attractive homes also have full basements, fenced-in patios, granite countertops, and hardwood floors.

They offer two to three bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and driveway parking or carports. Some include dens, porches, and morning rooms.

Stoneleigh Woods at Riverhead
This mid-size, gated 55+ neighborhood will have 176 new and resale homes when completed, along with some desirable resort-style amenities. The four models are sized from 942 to 2,107 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths, and one-car garages. These well-appointed homes also include first-floor master bedrooms and front and back patios; larger models also feature second-story lofts.
Stoneleigh Woods at Riverhead has an impressive clubhouse where homeowners enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. It has a great room and fireplace lounge, plus a bar, a multi-purpose room, and an exercise room.
