There are 25 floor plans for homebuyers to choose from, ranging from 878 to over 2,600 square feet. Homes feature one to three bedrooms, one to three bathrooms, and one- to three-car garages. Residents enjoy low-maintenance, mature landscaping, beautiful on-site parks and trails, and modern home designs.

The amenities at Sun City are sure to impress, including The Timber Creek Recreation Lodge clubhouse, which features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an aerobics room, and a 25-meter indoor lap pool. Inside the lodge, residents also enjoy access to a billiards room; arts and crafts, ceramics, and sewing studios; and a grand ballroom with a stage. Sun City employs a full-time activities director, so residents stay social and active in the over 50 organized clubs, including a ceramics club, a needle arts club, a performing arts club, and a salsa dancing club.

Outdoors, active adults make use of the resort-style pool and golf practice facilities. There are also six lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, bocce ball courts, a pickleball court, and a half basketball court. The Sun City Roseville Golf Club includes a 27-hole golf course. The Club at WestPark

The Club at WestPark, another sought-after Dell Webb community, offers 55+ homebuyers many desirable features, including a planned 50,000-square-foot Village Center that will include restaurants and boutique shops. Built from 2006 to 2014, The Club at WestPark is part of the 1,483-acre master-planned WestPark community, and it’s comprised of 704 single-family homes.

Potential homebuyers can choose from resale homes in nine floor plans, ranging from 1,645 to 2,815 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached one- to three-car garage. Residents will have plenty of time to enjoy hobbies and amenities, as the HOA will take care of any outside maintenance.

A 5,900-square-foot clubhouse, The Sol Centre, is in the plans as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool, patio, and heated spa.
