This gated community offers single-family homes built between 2011 and 2014. These resale homes offer 2,541 to 3,564 square feet, three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a three-car garage. Versante sets itself apart from the other communities on this list because it’s the only 55+ community in El Dorado Hills currently selling attached homes. These low-maintenance, affordable homes are a great choice for budget-conscious active adults looking for less upkeep. With only 100 homes, this gated community is friendly and tight-knit.

Built from 2001 to 2003, the attached homes at Versante are available on a resale basis and come in an assortment of sizes, ranging from 1,610 to 2,259 square feet in single-story or two-story floor plans. Most homes offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered rear patios, and garages.

The amenities at Versante include a cozy clubhouse with an exercise room, a library, a full kitchen, a living room, and a card room.
