Legacy of Leesburg’s Town Center clubhouse greets residents and visitors with lush palm trees, manicured lawns, and charming architecture which features a 35-foot clock tower. When it comes to residences, Legacy of Leesburg plans to offer nearly 1,000 single-family homes. Since breaking ground in 1996, several builders have contributed homes to the community, including Pringle Development. In 2011, Florida Leisure Communities purchased the community with plans to build the remaining 72 homes.

Homebuyers who prefer a new construction home can currently choose from 12 distinctive models, divided into two series. The Garden Series features three thoughtfully-designed floor plans ranging in size from 1,289 to 1,529 square feet. The Estate Series’ nine models are larger, with floor plans which range from 1,694 to 2,535 square feet.

Homebuyers also have the option of purchasing an available resale home. Built in various styles, the community’s existing homes include floor plans from 1,000 square feet up to spacious, 2,400 square-foot designs. Prime homesites may feature lovely views of open spaces, water or conservation areas.

With a secluded setting, local charm, and diverse amenities, Legacy of Leesburg is an intimate Florida community sure to appeal to many active adults.
