Regency at Creekside has begun its final phase of construction.

Toll Brothers has just begun construction of the first phase in Regency at Creekside, the newest 55+ community in the DC Metro area. This upscale, gated, active adult community will offer homebuyers a total of six two-story floorplans that come in a variety of sizes, styles, and price points.

Residences

Regency at Creekside in Gainesville, VA will consist of 208 single-family homes upon completion and will be spread across 126 acres of landscape. The 55+ community will also be developed in two phases with the first phase offering 80 residences, which are currently under construction. About 32 homes have already been sold. These luxurious homes are priced from the low $500s to mid $600s.

Homebuyers can choose from two distinct collections—Middleburg and Potomac—with each collection offering three floorplans. The Potomac collection includes the Deerfield, Bergen, and Fairchild floorplans that range in size from 2,551 to 3,045 square feet and have three or four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. The Middleburg collection includes the Tradition, Merrick, and Bowan floorplans that range in size from 2,735 to 3,005 square feet and have three or four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

All residences are two levels with master suites on the main floor as well as open layouts, spacious kitchen and family rooms, ample storage space, and second-floor lofts. Homebuyers can also personalize their homes, depending on the design, with optional customizations like finished basements, custom cabinetry, attic storage, or rear patios.

Amenities

In addition to innovative home designs, Toll Brothers also plans to offer resort-style amenities for a welcoming and social setting. Proposed amenities include a 9,200 square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool, and several activity and game rooms. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, putting green, preserved open space with ponds, and pickleball, bocce ball, and tennis courts. The builder plans to begin construction on the clubhouse and amenities this summer.
