Foremost Companies recently announced that homebuilder Van Daele Homes has purchased the last 83 lots to be built in the first phase of development at Terramor, a master-planned community in the Temescal Valley of Riverside County. With the purchase of these 83 lots, all 600 lots in phase one have completely sold out to developers.
The 83 residences will become part of an upscale 55+ community at Terramor called Oakton. Once built, it will be the sixth neighborhood in the community and the fourth that is available only to residents aged 55+. Other age-restricted neighborhoods at Terramor include Ardena, Cortina, and Sterling.
Keeping in line with the community’s modern elegance, Van Daele Homes will build 83 single-story, thoughtfully designed homes with optional second-floor decks and entertainment spaces. These spacious homes will range from about 2,485 to 3,207 square feet and will be available in three unique floor plan styles: the Villa, Provence, and Spanish. Information regarding pricing has not yet been released.
Homebuyers will be able to choose from two to four bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. Each residence will include an indoor/outdoor California room, which is a signature feature of Van Daele Homes. Homebuyers will also have a full range of customization options, including wet bars, additional dens, guest suites, golf cart garages, and more.

Future residents of Oakton will be able to enjoy elegant homes with modern touches, as well as the world-class amenities that Terramor has quickly become known for. The Veranda, a recreational club at Terramor, has already become a popular social hub for current residents. This recreation spot has a meeting and event space, an outdoor pool, a special toddler pool with a beach entrance, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining and barbecues.
Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is a priority at Terramor, and the addition of the Terrace Club makes it that much easier to stay social and active. The highly anticipated Terrace Club will be a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse exclusively available for 55+ residents at Terramor and is slated to open in fall of 2018.
