Gleneagles Village is a golf-course community offering maintenance-free living in a friendly environment.

Active adults who prefer an intimate, well-established community, will love Gleneagles Village. Set just 30 minutes from Denver, this 55+ community features low-maintenance homes, an inviting clubhouse, and an 18-hole public golf course. Its prime location also puts the community within easy access of shopping centers and scenic attractions, like the Backcountry Wilderness area.

Built between 1984 and 1993, Gleneagles Village is an age-restricted community that welcomes residents aged 55+. It includes both single-family and attached homes, which are now available on a resale basis. These homes provide low-maintenance living, as the Homeowners Association fees include exterior maintenance, such as lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, house painting, and roof maintenance.

There are a total of 345 homes in Gleneagles Village: 160 attached homes by Mission Viejo Company and 185 single-family patio homes built by Richmond Homes. Sized from around 1,500 to just over 2,100 square feet, most of these homes have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. Some of the larger designs also have dens or third bedrooms. Open floor plans are common, along with master bedroom suites and kitchens with cozy breakfast nooks.

Gleneagles Village is set on The Links Golf Course, an 18-hole public golf course designed by Dick Phelps. The course features spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and challenging, yet accessible play which stretches across 4,800 yards from its longest tees. Practice facilities and a full-service pro shop keep golfers in key form, while the Grill offers casually elegant dining in a cozy setting overlooking the course.

Beyond golf, the amenities at Gleneagles Village revolve around its inviting clubhouse. This homey facility was updated in 2003 with expanded areas for billiards and card tables. The clubhouse also updated its other amenities, such as the library, which houses resident-donated books, a big screen TV, and the community kitchen. Other amenities in the clubhouse include a multipurpose ballroom, an aerobics and dance studio, an indoor spa, an outdoor swimming pool, and bocce ball courts.

While Gleneagles Village is a small community, its social calendar provides plenty of opportunities for neighbors to stay active and make new friends. Social hours, pot luck dinners and other community events bring people together throughout the year, while a full-time Activities Director helps residents find appealing activities like bridge, bunco, Mah Jongg and various fitness classes. Social groups revolve around special interests as well. Just a few of the groups include Book Brunch, Pool Sharks, Eagles Chorus and the Singles Group.

As a gated community with only 345 homes, Gleneagles Village offers a more intimate neighborhood than its larger counterparts. The community also boasts a great location and a variety of amenities to support an active adult lifestyle.
