So, we made a list of the active adult communities added to in July and divided it into New Construction and Resale. The New Construction section includes communities with exclusively new homes for sale as well as both new and resale homes for sale. The Resale section denotes active adult communities with only resale homes for sale.

New Jersey

Venue at Smithville Greene - Easthampton, NJ

Located in Burlington County in Southern New Jersey, Venue at Smithville Green will offer 452 single-family homes in historic Easthampton. Quarterpath at Williamsburg - Williamsburg, VA
