Ashbury Crossing is a small, age-restricted community located in the Research Triangle that will have a total of 127 attached homes upon competition.

Only new homes are on the market with five different floor plans for potential buyers to choose. Sizes range from 1,718 to 2,350 square feet of living space and prices within the neighborhood start in the mid $200s.

Residents of Ashbury Crossing have access to many neighborhood amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, an outdoor pool and patio area, spa, shuffleboard courts, and walking and biking trails.

Fearrington Village - Pittsboro

Situated near Raleigh in the small town of Pittsboro, Fearrington Village offers residents a serene setting with a backdrop of green rolling hills and pine trees. This established neighborhood was originally built in 1975 and features a mixture of single-family and attached homes.

Upon completion it will have a total of of 1,400 residences. Homes within the neighborhood are available as both new construction and resale with prices starting in the mid $200s.

Fearrington’s Village Center sits at the heart of the community and features several enviable amenities, including the upscale Fearrington House Restaurant, Granary Restaurant, renowned Spa at Fearrington, and several posh retail shops.

Outdoor amenities include a swim and croquet facility, walking and biking trails, plus, gardening plots. The neighborhood’s state-of-the-art fitness facility spans 20,000 square feet and has an indoor lap pool, walking track, and aerobics and dance studio.

Forge Creek at Flowers Plantation - Clayton

Mid 200s - High $200s

Forge Creek at Flowers Plantation is another small community outside of the Raleigh area with homes for sale in the mid $200s. The neighborhood is part of the Flowers Plantation master-planned community and will have 127 new single-family homes when completed.

There are four different models to choose from that range from 1,626 to 2,927 square feet and can have between two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Buyers will also have the choice to add several upgrades to their homes, which include add-ons like a pet shower, snore room, wine room, bulk storage, and a pocket office.

Notable amenities in Forge Creek include a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse, multi-purpose rooms, a club cafe bar, and 10,000 square-foot fitness center that features that latest cardio and weight lifting equipment as well as an indoor pool. Beyond the fitness center, Forge Creek also has several pieces of outdoor fitness equipment like hand bikes and cardio walkers.

Outdoors, homeowners will find a swimming pool with a waterslide, patio, pickleball and tennis courts, plus, walking and biking trails that are spread throughout the property. As an added bonus, residents won’t have to go too far for a little pampering with an on-site spa that offers a number of relaxing massage services.

The Walk at East Village - Clayton

Mid $200s - Mid $300s

The Walk at East Village is another active adult community in Raleigh with homes available for approximately $250K. The age-restricted community will consist of 270 single-family homes with eight floor plans for homebuyers to consider. Plans range from approximately 1,301 to 3,044 square feet and can have up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

Final plans for The Walk at East Village include a long list of amenities for its residents to enjoy, including a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, card room, billiards, business center, sports lounge, demonstration kitchen, and an arts and crafts studio.

The community will also have several outdoor-focused amenities which include an outdoor pool and patio area, bocce and pickleball courts, a putting green, community garden, grilling area, and dog park.
