The 1,460 residences in Heritage at Eagle Bend include ranch-style single-family homes, as well as duplex homes and townhomes. Attached homes, ranging from 1,170 to 1,700 square feet, are designed with one or two bedrooms, one-and-a-half or two bathrooms and two-car garages. Single-level townhomes are arranged in three- or four-unit configurations. Duplex homes also include full basements and large decks. The HOA fees for all attached homes include exterior maintenance and lawn care.

Single-family homes were originally built in 12 different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,638 to 2,694 square feet. They offer two to three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages. Each home includes a basement and most also have dens and spacious decks. Exterior maintenance and lawn care are not included in the HOA fees for single-family homes.
