Active adults looking for resort-style living in Eastern Missouri will love the exciting line-up of amenities at Heritage of Hawk Ridge. Upon completion, this charming community will feature 515 homes constructed by multiple builders. It also includes an inviting clubhouse, a 9-hole executive golf course, and many recreations to support an active retirement.

Heritage of Hawk Ridge opened in 2005 in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. This gated community enjoys a tranquil, suburban setting while also being within close proximity of shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Lake St. Louis area also offers two private lakes, riding stables, golf courses, beaches, and other outdoor recreations.

The community was originally opened by U.S. Homes, with some homes also constructed by Whitaker Homes. In 2011, Pulte Homes acquired the development and plan to finish the project with their own home designs. Today, homebuyers age 55+ can choose from available resale and new construction homes.

The clubhouse at Heritage of Hawk Ridge offers a fitness center, swimming pool, card room and more.

At the heart of the community, Heritage of Hawk Ridge features a 10,000 square-foot clubhouse. Residents can gather in the sunny lobby or the cozy TV room, enjoy friendly competition in the cards and billiards room, or pursue a hobby in the arts and crafts studio. The fitness center features cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as table tennis. The clubhouse also features a spacious ballroom for community events.

Resident golfers love Heritage of Hawk Ridge’s 9-hole executive golf course. This course was once an 18-hole municipal course but was later purchased and redesigned by U.S. Homes to be a highlight of the community. The 9-hole course now features three sets of tees for fun and challenging play which can be completed in less than two hours, as well as a practice putting green. After a round of golf, residents can enjoy a casual meal at the Hawkeye Grill or shop in the golf pro shop. But golf isn’t the only game in town. Heritage of Hawk Ridge also offers tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and scenic trails for walking and biking.

Homes in Heritage of Hawk Ridge include single-family and attached villa designs by U.S. Homes, as well as single-family homes by Whitaker Homes. Since acquiring the community, Pulte Homes also began offering their own line of single-family homes. These new construction options feature five floor plans in sizes from 1,399 to 2,254 square feet. Each design includes one to three bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

With a welcoming clubhouse and plans for over 500 homes, Heritage of Hawk Ridge is designed to meet the needs of many different active adult retirees.
