With a fabulous location, just ten miles north of Sacramento, Heritage Park is a prime community for active adults who dream of retiring to Northern California. This mid-sized development features 965 homes, a spacious clubhouse and varied outdoor amenities. Residents can enjoy on-site activities, as well as convenient access to retail centers, restaurants and other entertainments.
Developed between 2003 and 2005, Heritage Park features single-family and attached homes built by Lennar Homes and U.S. Homes. There are a total of 965 homes, spread across three gated villages, which are currently available on a resale basis. Heritage Park also offers a number of resort-style amenities.
Heritage Park's 25,000 square-foot clubhouse encourages residents to meet their neighbors and get involved in the community. This welcoming facility features many places to socialize, including a theater room, a multipurpose ballroom and a cozy pub. There is also a recreation room with billiards and card tables, a large library and a computer center. A separate facility, the Fireside Room, can be rented for private events. It offers a multipurpose space with a TV and DVD player, restrooms and a catering kitchen.
When it comes to staying in shape, the Heritage Park clubhouse has a fitness center with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as an indoor lap pool and an aerobics and dance studio. The community's beautiful grounds also offer an outdoor swimming pool and spa area. Sports courts support tennis, bocce ball, pickleball, basketball and volleyball. There are also horseshoe pits, gardening plots, scenic parks and a putting green.
Homes within Heritage Park include both attached duplex and single-family designs. These residences were built by both Lennar Homes and U.S. Homes, with floor plans spread across four separate series: the Coastal, Caribbean, Riviera and Martinique Collections. Most homes in the community are one story, although there are also some two-story homes available.
Built between 2003 and 2005, these homes were designed to meet the needs of many different homebuyers. Floor plans are sized from approximately 1,087 to 3,264 square feet. Depending on the model, homes may include two to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Many homes also originally offered the option of a separate den.
Although there are many differences between floor plans, homes each feature master bedroom suites with luxury bathrooms and walk-in closets. Two-story homes still offer main-level living by placing master bedroom suites on the first floor. Each floor plan was also designed with a covered patio for outdoor living.
For active adults in the Sacramento area, Heritage Park offers thoughtfully designed homes, lovely grounds and an amenity-rich clubhouse.
