Formerly known as Leisure World, Laguna Woods Village is the largest active adult community on the West Coast. Amenities in Laguna Woods Village are designed to appeal to a wide range of interests. The seven clubhouses throughout the community provide plenty of space for diverse activities, classes, group meetings, and special events.
Two state-of-the-art fitness centers are outfitted with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as aerobics and dance studios.

Resident golfers can enjoy challenging play at Laguna Woods Village’s 27-hole championship course or more relaxed play at the 9-hole executive course. Practice facilities, including a driving range and putting green, as well as on-site private and group lessons, help golfers take their game to the next level. There is also a full-service pro shop and three full-time golf pros to keep golfers playing in top form.
Diverse homes in Laguna Woods Village range from 675 square-foot condos to single-family homes with floor plans over 2,500 square feet. Association fees vary throughout the community, but they include amenities such as exterior maintenance and landscaping. Monthly fees are also used toward security in the form of guarded gates and 24-hour patrols. Homes in The Towers have higher fees, as they include housekeeping and nightly dinners as well.
