The Antigua model in Latitude Margaritaville is part of the Caribbean collection.

Buyers considering Latitude Margaritaville in Daytona Beach, Florida have several models and dozens of floor plans to choose from in the gated, 55+ community. The Caribbean Collection is a collection of six different attached villa styles, each named for a different Caribbean island. All of them have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Most of the models include a den and some premium features that are especially appealing to active adults looking for a home that fits their Jimmy Buffett-like lifestyle.

Introducing Jamaica

At around 1,503 square feet, the Jamaica model is the smallest option, but doesn’t feel crowded. Homes include a large master bedroom, a walk-in pantry, and a hobby room across from the foyer. There are high ceilings and a great room that opens into the dining room and kitchen. A covered lanai could be converted into a swimming pool. Prices start at around $253,990.

Check Out Antigua

The Antigua model includes a den, a large lanai, and a walk-in closet off the bathroom in the master suite. Most floor plans are around 1,558 square feet and prices start at $254,990. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room look out onto the lanai and the outdoor space.

Travel to Caicos

With over 1,600 square feet, the Caicos model is a little bit larger, and it includes a den, a spacious foyer, and an island in the upgraded kitchen. Prices begin at $255,990, and the covered lanai comes with an optional door for easy entry from the outside. This model is great for entertaining, with the kitchen flowing right into the great room.

Visit Lucia

Plenty of space is available in the next model, called Lucia. This floor plan offers 1,768 square feet, and the extra space is evident in the huge master suite, the large den, a spacious laundry room, and the covered lanai. Prices start at 269,990. A private pool would be possible, and cooks will love the modern kitchen with an island.

Next Up – Barbuda

With slightly more space than Lucia, the Barbuda model provides extra privacy for house guests by placing the master suite on the opposite end of the house as the second bedroom. There’s a large den, and the great room flows naturally into the kitchen and dining room under this open floor plan. With 1,785 square feet, prices start at around $269,990.

Finally, to Nevis

The largest of the Caribbean Collection is the Nevis model and its 1,862 square feet of living space. There’s a large master suite with a walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom. Buyers will enjoy both a den and a hobby room, providing plenty of space for work, activities, or visiting guests. The lanai is large enough for a pool and perfect for outdoor dining. Plan to spend at least $274,990 on this home.
