Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head invites the public to celebrate the opening of the community’s much anticipated Latitude Town Center. The grand opening event will take place Saturday, March 7, from noon to 4 p.m.
The event will offer prospective buyers and current residents the opportunity to tour the new town center and its many amenities as well as the development’s Model Park, which features 13 model homes, including the new Conch Cottage Collection. The day’s festivities will also include games, giveaways, stilt walkers, and live music performances by three bands.
Home Models
Upon completion, the gated, 55+ community will feature a combination of 3,000 single-family homes and villas. The newly introduced Conch Cottage Collection will be highlighted during the grand opening event. Homes within the collection start in the low $200s, and there are four distinct floor plans for prospective buyers to consider.
The Conch Cottage Collection’s Bamboo model is the smallest of the four, offering 1,204 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Camellia model is slightly larger with 1,321 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The 1,378-square-foot Dreamsicle model features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den/hobby area, and a two-car garage. As the largest model in the Conch Cottage Collection, the Aloha model provides 1,466 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den/hobby area, and a two-car garage.
Beyond the Conch Cottage Collection, there are three other home collections offering homes from 1,503 to 2,564 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
Amenities
The Latitude Town Center will give homeowners access to several resort-style amenities, including a Town Square with a concert stage, a thatched-roof bandshell, and plenty of room for dancing. Additionally, there’s the Fins Up! Fitness Center, where residents will have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, as well as the outdoor, lagoon-style Paradise Pool that’s ideal for residents who want to relax and unwind.
The Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant and Changes in Attitude Bar are conveniently located next to the pool, making it easy for residents to grab a bite to eat or order a cold drink. The town center also includes tennis and pickleball courts as well as walking trails.
Final plans for the development include several other amenities, including an arts center, a business center, a bark park, a pet spa, and a theater where residents can enjoy live shows, dances, and banquets. Residents will also have access to The Hangar Workshop, where they can easily perform routine maintenance on their golf carts.
