Nocatee is a large-scale development has been named the third best-selling community in America and is ideal for a variety of lifestyles. The PARC Group is Nocatee’s master developer and plans to build 12,000 homes sprawled across 14,000 acres, two-thirds of which is protected and preserved. Nocatee is also home to resort-style amenities scattered throughout its development that allow easy access for all residents to enjoy.

Amenities like Twenty Mile Park, a natural open space available to all residents of Nocatee, features a swimming pool, covered pavilion with picnic tables, events area, a nature trail, kid’s playground, sports fields, a large dog park, and miles of walking trails. Nocatee also has numerous outdoor fitness and recreational facilities like an electric vehicle path, fitness trails, kayak launch, greenway trails, splash water park with a zipline, and the Nocatee Preserve, which encompasses 2,400 acres of beautiful conservation land fronting a 3.5-mile stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Nocatee Town Center is another spacious amenity complex, which is surrounded by Addison Park, Daniel Park, Lakeside, and Siena at Town Center. These neighborhoods are within walking distance to daily conveniences like shopping, dining, healthcare, community events, parks, and other recreational facilities. This coastal master-planned community also attracts homebuyers from across the country thanks to its prime location in Northeast Florida.
