There’s a lot of excitement happening at Tidewater by Del Webb. This 55+ community in Estero, Florida will unveil its lineup of model homes and offer prospective buyers a sneak peak of its upcoming amenity center. From March 25 to 26 and April 1 to 2, between 12pm and 5pm, homebuyers can tour the builder’s four decorated models and upcoming amenity center.

The model homes on display include the Serenity (1,542 square feet), Abbeyville (1,671 square feet), Summerwood (1,861 square feet), and Pinnacle (2,488 square feet). These elegant homes have two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two or two-and-a-half-car garage.

The Serenity model is an attached home while the other models are single family. Some of the features include open layouts, flexible living spaces, modern designs, spacious kitchens, inviting gathering rooms, covered lanais, dens, and luxurious master suites with walk-in closets. Interested buyers will also have a chance to tour the new amenities in Tidewater by Del Webb.

The 13,000 square-foot two-story clubhouse will host an impeccable lineup of resort-style amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, activity and gathering areas, library, arts and crafts studio, massage room, and catering kitchen.
