The new active adult community Galloway will be coming to the Five Knolls neighborhood.

Coming soon to the Five Knolls master-planned development in Santa Clarita, California will be Lennar’s newest 55+ community called Galloway. This new age-restricted community will offer upscale home designs and private amenities that cater to the 55+ crowd. Lennar plans to host a grand opening event for this new active adult community on Saturday, April 14.

Galloway will offer active adult homebuyers a collection of one and two-story detached homes designed with first-floor master suites and top-notch standard features. New homes will include one to three bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, and range in size from approximately 1,836 to 2,458 square feet.

Homes are priced starting in the high $500s and will come with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included plan as well as Wi-Fi Certified home designs. Each home will feature built-in wireless access points throughout the entire home to ensure proper connectivity as well as integrated home automation features, elevated kitchens with center islands, granite or quartz countertops, upscale cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and energy-efficient construction.

"We are thrilled to open this new community and provide the opportunity for incredible amenities and beautiful detached homes for the 55+ demographic," said Ken Melvin in a press release, Division President for Lennar LA/Ventura. "The new homes at Galloway will offer more than just brand-new architecture and top-notch standard features, but also an elevated everyday lifestyle for active adults."

Galloway will be a private, age-restricted community that will offer residents an exclusive recreation center. Proposed amenities at the recreation center include a swimming pool, whirlpool spa, outdoor kitchen, and enclosed lounge area. Residents of the 55+ community will also have access to the master-planned amenities found at Five Knolls. The neighborhood will also be adjacent to the new YMCA and Senior Center facilities and across from Golden Valley Park.
