Active adult homebuyers in search of an age-restricted community should check out the new 55+ neighborhood coming to the Viridian master-planned development in Arlington, Texas. The new neighborhood will be called Elements at Viridian and will host approximately 500 homes spread across 141 acres. The first phase of construction will include 227 homes built on 47 acres. Builders will receive their homesites later this summer and are expected to release models in late 2018.
Homes within the new age-restricted section will be built by David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, and CalAtlantic Homes. The homes will be built on a variety of lot sizes and include courtyard floor plans as well as single-family designs.
In addition to innovative home designs, the new 55+ neighborhood will also include an exclusive clubhouse for residents of Viridian Elements. The clubhouse will feature a demonstration kitchen, billiards and game room, fitness center, and meeting facilities.
Outdoors, amenities will include a covered terrace, sundeck overlooking an infinity-edge pool, a putting green, fire pits, and pickleball and bocce ball courts. Residents of the 55+ section will also have access to the master-planned amenities throughout Viridian.
