While available floor plans have not been announced for Cresswind Wesley Chapel, the community will feature 606 single-level, single-family homes with a variety of options. Buyers can expect features such as open kitchens, spacious master suites, and customizable options like bonus rooms and outdoor living areas.

Cresswind Wesley Chapel Amenities 

Plans for Cresswind Wesley Chapel include a number of amenities for homeowners to take advantage of, including a clubhouse that will feature an arts and crafts studio, a game and billiards room, as well as a multipurpose room that residents will be able to use to gather and socialize with neighbors or hold club meetings. The clubhouse will also feature a Cresswind SmartFit Training Center that offers state-of-the-art EGYM fitness technology, which was designed to help residents get a full body workout in just twenty-minutes, two times a week. 

Outdoor amenities slated for the development include a resort-style pool and patio area, walking trails spread throughout the 292-acre property, an event lawn, and a grilling courtyard perfect for cookouts and outdoor parties. There will also be bocce, tennis, and pickleball courts for residents to enjoy a game or two whenever they want to challenge someone to some friendly competition. 

Cresswind Wesley Chapel will also provide its residents with ample opportunities to live an active social life with a full-time lifestyle director on staff, who will plan and organize exciting neighborhood events, fitness classes, and activities throughout the year. As the community grows, so will the opportunities for residents to join organized clubs that will cover a wide variety of interests.

Beyond its amenities, Cresswind Wesley Chapel offers homeowners an ideal location that puts them within 40 minutes of the state’s largest city and all the cultural amenities and entertainment options Charlotte has to offer.
