Del Webb eTown is the latest 55+ community to be planned in Florida, and the popular builder expects to begin sales on-site in the Jacksonville area during the summer of 2019. Del Webb plans to build 346 single-family homes on the 88 acres of property that’s been purchased just off Florida 9B. The 55+ neighborhood will be part of the new eTown master-planned community.
