Plans for the age-restricted Taylor Morrison development include 850 single-family homes and will be conveniently located only a 30-minute drive from Downtown Sacramento. While prices haven't be released yet, home prices are expected to start in the low $500s.

While specific floor plans for Esplanade at Turkey Creek have not been released as of this publication, the development’s new construction homes will offer single-level living with spacious layouts, gourmet kitchens, generously-sized master suites, and attached garages.

Upon completion, prospective homeowners can expect to find a myriad of resort-style amenities that will make it easy to maintain an active lifestyle.
