Builder Paran Homes began sales in their new 55+ community this March. Gladstone Landing is an intimate neighborhood in the Atlanta suburb of Snellville, and it will include 66 luxury-style townhomes when complete. With homes starting in the mid $200s, Gladstone Landing offers prospective homebuyers customizable houses in a community that enables a socially and physically active lifestyle.
An Intimate Community With New Townhomes
At Gladstone Landing, Paran Homes will offer three attached home models, each with roughly 2,000 square feet. Featuring an owner’s suite with an attached master bath and walk-in closets, the homes offer seamless first-floor living. They also include open floor plans for easy entertaining, with kitchen islands that open to family rooms.
Homebuyers will be able to customize interior flooring, fishes, and appliances. However, unlike many active adult homes, guest bedrooms and game rooms are located on the second floor. The builder took this non-traditional design approach to create more privacy between owners and guests while still creating the feeling of single-story living. The community will be limited to 66 townhomes.
The homes also include attached two-car garages, patios, and landscaped yards. Residents don't have to worry about home maintenance because the homeowners’ association will cover lawn care, exterior maintenance, and ground maintenance.
Quaint Surroundings in Snellville
On the west side of Atlanta’s suburbs, Gladstone Landing is located on Snellville’s Main Street. Nearby, residents can find many parks and trails as well as the Summit Chase Golf and Country Club. Paran Homes doesn't currently have a plan to build a clubhouse or community building, but it will have a central park for residents to get together and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Slightly farther afield, residents can enjoy fishing at Tribble Mill Park or hiking at Harbins Park. Residents can also stay fit at the local Planet Fitness or Anytime Fitness in Snellville.
Restaurants, a movie theater, and big-box stores such as Target and Walmart are just a short drive from the community, while Snellville’s main street includes chain restaurants, fast food, shopping, churches, and medical centers.
Paran Homes announced at the beginning of March that sales have begun on these new townhomes. Prices start in the mid $200s and go up to the high $200s, with customizable floor plans, interiors, and exteriors. To encourage sales, the Gwinnett Daily Post reports that if prospective homebuyers close on a townhome before March 31, Paran Homes will cover the closing cost with an approved lender and include a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer with the home.
