The clubhouse is designed to be a mixed-use space, and builders look forward to showcasing the amenities available, including the indoor-outdoor bar, which will serve coffee or tea and a gaming room that includes a television. There is also an open-air porch with retractable screens to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Andrew.
