New Community Alert: Symphony Bay in Lake Geneva, WI

Home buyers looking for low-maintenance living in Wisconsin finally have one more option. Symphony Bay is a new active lifestyle community in Lake Geneva, WI that will have just under 400 single-family and attached homes when construction is completed.

Symphony Bay will have five floor plans to choose from built by Reprise Homes. The Nautical series is single-family homes and has four floor plans: Mariner, Portsmouth, Spinnaker, Chesapeake. They will range in size from 1,590 to 1,940 square feet and two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Buyers will be able to add customizable options, such as a gourmet kitchen and upgraded master bedrooms.

The other model is Villa, an attached home with optional basement and fireplace. Exterior home maintenance and upkeep will be provided by a homeowners’ association.

A wealth of amenities are planned for Symphony Bay. An upscale clubhouse will have a fitness center for residents to stay healthy, play cards in one of the game rooms, or relax with neighbors in one of the social rooms. Outdoors, there will be a pool and patio area. Pickelball courts and bocce courts are also planned.

Residents with dogs can take advantage of the dog park at Woodland Conservancy. Symphony Bay will also offer a private lakeside retreat on Lake Geneva. Residents will have access to their own private boat launch and recreational area and the community will connect to the 21-mile Geneva Lake Shore Path.

The community will be in a beautiful natural area on Lake Geneva. Residents will be able to take advantage of the lake with fishing, boating and plenty of recreation options. Residents will find convenient shopping for essentials near the community and are close to both Milwaukee and Chicago.
