Traditions of America, a company that primarily builds homes in the Northeast and Midwest, first submitted plans for the community in 2018 and is now pre-selling new homes in the community.

Award-Winning Home Designs

Traditions of America has not yet released specific designs for the homes at Chesterfield, but the home builder will expand on the award-winning designs of other Traditions of America communities. Single-family homes will range from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

Homebuyers will also be able to customize their new homes. The builder encourages customization so that owners can have the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living space that best fits their needs. All homes are also designed to be energy efficient, partnering with some of the biggest brands in construction and appliances. These features include energy-efficient materials, like insulation made of recycled materials, low VOC paints, and Energy-Star rated appliances. Traditions of America prides itself on quality homes that look and feel good. Homes also include up to a ten-year warranty on building.
