New Community Alert: Trilogy Valor in Boise, ID

Homebuyers looking to retire near Boise, Idaho will soon have another option to consider. 

A brand new 55+ Trilogy community is phased to open in the larger master-planned community of Valor, located in the picturesque city of BoiseIdaho. Just 16 miles Southwest of Downtown Boise in Kuna, Idaho, Trilogy Valor is a gated, resort-like community nestled among sweeping meadows, verdant trees, and the Sawtooth Mountains.

The stunning open-concept homes built by Shea Homes are slated to be available for purchase in the summer of 2021 and will be offered in a choice of low-maintenance attached duplex homes or spacious single-family homes. They’ll range from 1,342 to 2,367 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Both styles of floor plans will be designed with open-space concepts and indoor/outdoor living areas. The homes will feature modern designs and contemporary finishes. Pricing is anticipated to start in the low $400s.

This new age-restricted community will be Trilogy’s first property in Boise, and residents here will have access to some top-notch amenities inside the community as well as the numerous amenities inside the master-planned community of Valor.
