New Model Series Introduced at Robson Ranch in Eloy, AZ


Since breaking ground in 2005, Robson Ranch in Eloy, Arizona, has remained a top destination for high-end active adult living. In September, Robson Resort Communities introduced the addition of the Resort Series to their impressive collection of home designs.

( available,” said Steven Berry, Senior Vice President of Architecture and Design for Robson Resort Communities.

Called the Capri and the Cabo, these new designs are tailored to meet the needs of active adults who are seeking a resort-style atmosphere. Notable features include open-concept layouts for modern lifestyles and spacious outdoor living spaces for entertaining or enjoying Arizona’s weather. In terms of exterior elevation, homebuyers can choose from the Spanish Colonial, Arizona Ranch, and Desert Prairie styles.

The Capri floor plan includes 1,232 square feet of living space that includes a spacious kitchen, great room, and a modern outdoor living area. The design of the home is such that one living space flows right into the next for an open feel. This home design has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage.

The Capri floor plan includes a number of desirable features, including a generous walk-in closet in the master suite, a media niche in the great room, and a large kitchen island. Homeowners can also customize their home with a variety of additional options and add-ons, including a larger laundry room and garage extension. For those needing a little extra space, the Capri floor plan is also available with an extra den. These homes are currently priced beginning in the high $100s. 

The Cabo is 1,487 square feet in size and is designed for high-end, low-maintenance living. Homes in this series have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious den, and an attached two-car garage. Like the Capri, the Cabo floor plans are thoughtfully designed to complement a modern lifestyle. They provide spacious layouts and outdoor living space for entertaining. Optional customizations include an expanded laundry room, a larger master bedroom, and a front nook. The Cabo homes are currently priced in the low $200s.
