The Villages of Citrus Hills has just released its newest designer-decorated models called the Saint Series. Prospective buyers can visit this master-planned community in Hernando, Florida, to view the new model collection that’s now open for tours.
The Saint Series includes the St. Thomas (1,746 square feet), St. James (1,864 square feet), and St. Christopher (1,994 square feet) floor plans. Each design has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and attached two-car garages. Homes are priced from the mid $300s and feature open layouts, spacious kitchens, minimum ten-foot ceilings, barrel tile roofs, and brick pavers entryways and lanais.
Citrus Hills Construction began developing The Villages of Citrus Hills in 1982 and at completion, the community will consist of just over 10,000 homes. In addition to new home designs, this development also provides residents with resort-style amenities, including three 18-hole championship golf courses, multiple clubhouses, outdoor recreational areas, and a long list of social events and activities.
