New Models Open in Heritage El Dorado Hills Near Sacramento, California

A big event in the world of active adult communities is happening in Northern California. Lennar Homes is premiering 10 new model homes to herald the launch of Phase II at Heritage El Dorado Hills, Lennar’s resort-inspired active adult community near Sacramento.

“We are so excited to kick off this next phase,” enthused Michelle Velky, sales and marketing chief for Lennar Sacramento. “Our model homes showcase the latest ‘Everything’s Included’ upgrades and features, along with fresh, new and on-trend home décor,”

Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program provides high-end features at no additional cost to the buyer and extends to all the homes in the Phase II offering. With some 634 homesites available during this phase, each home will showcase quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, solar and new integrated home automation features as standard.

Each home will also showcase Lennar’s “Thoughtful Design” details at no additional price. Available only at Lennar Sacramento Heritage communities, these features were created with changing lifestyle needs in mind and include items such as wider doors and hallways, lower appliance design, extra lighting, walk-in showers with handheld showerheads, reinforced backing in the bathroom for future handrail placement and more.

Heritage Community Characteristics

Heritage El Dorado Hills is a master-planned community of homes designed exclusively for active adults age 55+. Within the development, Lennar offers four neighborhoods – Mosaic, Legends, Estates, and Reflections – each will feature a collection of distinctive single-story floor plans with sizes that range from approximately 1,230 square feet to 2,993 square feet.

Centerpiece to the resort-style lifestyle enjoyed by residents is the extensive menu of amenities offered at The Retreat, including an approximately 5,000 square-foot recreation center with a fitness center, aerobics studio, greenbelt, clubhouse, tennis and bocce ball courts, swimming pool, spa and more.

Developed by Lennar Homes, Heritage El Dorado Hills is a resort destination boasting cutting edge home designs which combine the best of modern features with functional home styles. Active adult residents will have access to abundant amenities for their social, physical and emotional enjoyment.

Heritage Community Amenities

At the center of the community is a 5,000 square-foot clubhouse. Staying fit and active is easy with an on-site fitness center and aerobics and dance studio. There will also be locker rooms for convenience after a workout. Homeowners are able to attend club gatherings in meeting rooms, join a game in the card room, or prepare food for events with a catering kitchen.

Outdoors, plans call for two outdoor pools, a spa, patio, and a barbecue area for enjoying the beautiful year-round Northern California climate. There are also tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts. Outdoor space is extensive and walking and biking trails that wind through beautiful scenery.

<p>Lennar Homes is building at Heritage El Dorado Hills some 1,000 homes in three distinctive collections: Mosaics, Legends, and Estates, with a final 140 homes in the Reflections collection. Each home will be low maintenance.</p>
<p>The Mosaics Collection offers single-family homes that range in size from 1,230 to 1,784 square feet and has two bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These homes provide energy-efficient lighting, automatic irrigation systems, nine-foot ceilings, and designer kitchens.</p>
<p>The Legends Collection has four floor plans that range in size from 1,813 to 2,423 square feet and has two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two or two-and-a-half-car garage. These homes give homeowners state-of-the-art energy solar system, granite or quartz countertops, and European-style cabinetry.</p>
<p>The Estates Collection contains the largest homes. These options range in size from 2,405 to 2,993 square feet and offer two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. This collection features stainless steel GE appliances, modern bathrooms, and large walk-in closets.</p>
<p>The Reflections Collection comprises the newest homes in Heritage El Dorado Hills. Current plans call for 140 new homes that range in size from 1,137 to 1,650 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.</p>

<p>The Heritage community is located within the city of El Dorado Hills. Homeowners will be just a couple of minutes from the El Dorado Hills Town Center, offering several restaurants, shops, a movie theater, commercial outlets, and medical offices.</p>
<p>California Highway 50 is just outside of the community and connects to the vast state and interstate roadway systems, and the local air travel hub, Sacramento International Airport, is about 40 miles away.
