Trilogy at Vistancia is hosting an open house event where homebuyers can tour seven home designs within the community.

Shea Homes is set to introduce two new collections in Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona. Contour and Vignette are the builder’s two newest collections and will include seven floor plans between them. These single-family homes start in the high $300s and offer features that active adults seek, including first-floor master suites.

Interested buyers are welcome to tour the new models in Trilogy at Vistancia on Saturday, October 7 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Located within the Vistancia master-planned community,  the grand opening will offer live music at the Mita Club, food and drinks, cooking demonstrations, and games including bocce ball and ping pong. Most importantly, the event will benefit Make-A-Wish Arizona.

Homes in the Contour Collection range from 2,046 to 2,242 square feet of living space. The three models include two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two or three-car garages. Residents will love entertaining friends and neighbors in the Contour’s open plan and gourmet kitchens. They also feature flex rooms, walk-in closets, and covered patio spaces. Buyers looking for more space will love the four models in the Vignette Collection that range in size from 2,401 to 2,717 square feet.

Each home has two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two or three-car garages. Homes here include several rooms for guests, an office, library, or whatever they choose. These homes also include a master suite, master bath, and walk-in closet.

Another great feature in the Vignette Collection are the two private outdoor spaces, including a covered patio and courtyard. Every model includes several options for prospective homeowners. These customizations include optional garage space, storage space, and flex rooms that can be dens, bedrooms, an office space, or even wine rooms. These homes were designed with the purpose of entertaining friends and neighbors or for hosting family during the holidays.
